Steep 1 Tsp per cup of water at 190°-195° for 3-4 minutes.
For cold brew, Use 1.5 to 2.5 Tbsps (for larger quantities of water) in a large glass jar. Add tea to an infuser and place infuser in jar of water and place in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
