Blueberry Hibiscus Caffeinated Tea Blend "Sky At Sunset" Iced or Hot

A multi-tea blend, yerba mate and jiagulan aid in speeding up your metabolism, Puerh helps your digestion and blueberries and Hibiscus help weight management and maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. This is a citrusy and energetic blend that is as amazing iced as it is hot.

Ingredients: Jiagulan, Blueberries, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Lemon Peel, Puerh, Organic Ginger, Organic Yerba Mate

This is a lower heat steeping blend but be careful not to steep too long or you will bring out too much sourness from the hibiscus. To get the proper flavor, you will want to use water between 185-195 degrees. Due to the bits of real fruit and herbs, you will need to steep your tea for longer to get the full rich flavors of this blend. Steep for a minimum of 3 minutes minimum.

Steeping: It is recommended that The Violet Hour blend should be steeped at 190°-195° for 2-3 minutes to achieve the best flavor.
